Terms and refunds
What you get when you buy Lunille, and how to get your money back if it isn't for you.

Who sells Lunille
Orders are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, charges the right sales tax or VAT for your country, sends the receipt and handles refunds. Their buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
The free trial
Lunille works fully for 14 days from the first time you open it, with no card and no account. After that the notch stays off until you buy Lunille, which you can do right inside the app. Your settings are kept.
Your license
Lunille is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. A license is for one person and works on up to 3 Macs that you use. To move it to a new Mac, choose Deactivate This Mac in Lunille's license window on the old one. Please don't share or resell your license key.
Updates
Every Lunille 1.x update is included, and the app installs them for you. You can keep using the version you have for as long as it runs on your Mac. If there is ever a Lunille 2, it will be free for everyone who bought Lunille in the 12 months before its release, and discounted for everyone else.
Refunds
Within 14 days of buying, you can have your money back for any reason. Write to hello@lunille.com with your order number, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Once a purchase is refunded, its license key stops working.
What Lunille can promise
To read what's playing and to sit in the notch, Lunille uses parts of macOS that Apple doesn't document. A macOS update can break a feature for a while. We fix what we can as quickly as we can, but we can't promise that every feature will keep working on every future version of macOS. Lunille is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Privacy and contact
What Lunille sends and what it never sends is in the privacy policy. For anything about your order or these terms, write to hello@lunille.com. If these terms change, the date at the top changes too.
